The location of the castle is in the suburb of the village and small maintained park with a tennis court is in the neighbourhood, which is part of the sale. Castle has a four interconnected wings, each with independent entrance.
At the present time 1/3 of the castle is after renovation, especially front representative wing with spectacular stairways. The project for ˝ castleś renovation and repair is created and approved (accomodation facilities/kitchen and restaurant...)

New electricity, water connection and sewer are in the part of castle. Whole property is also connected with municipal water system.
Regular bus transport is organized from the village. The castle is dominating feature and is located close to the only one incoming road which goes to the mountain resort Pec pod Sněžkou.
