The villa is airconditioned, has two bedrooms and 1 livingroom, total 126 m2. The collective swimmingpool is opened from may until october. Also near the swimmingpool you find a bbq-place and a bar.

The yearly costs for surveillance and maintenance of the garden and the swimmingpool are 600 euro. There is also a receptionoffice. The beach (the Mediterranean Sea) is at about 600 meters from the park and during the touristseason the shops situated close to the park are open and a minibus goes frequently to Alanya and to the center of Konakli, which is at about 3 km from this holidayvillagepark.

At the groundfloor you will find the livingroom and the open kitchen and the toilet. From the livingroom you can reach the lower balcony. At the first floor you will find the large bedroom with a little balcony, the little bedroom and also the bathroom. One floor up and you come to a place where the washing machine and the heater has been placed. From this place you can go to the large terrace.
