In addition you will find an Italian ice-cream shop with self made original ice cream . The residence is under Italian management , there is also a mini market for your daily needs and a laundry . After your time at the beach you can visit the fitness club and spend your night at the bar or in the little discotheque . There is also an Internet point for guests and a show room for typical African objects .
The residence is in walking distance to Malidi town center ( 10 min ) .
We offer complete holiday packages , including full board , daily cleaning of your apartment , use of pools , beach and fitness club .

During the months of august , dicember , january and february there is a price increase of 10 .
Prices do not include utilities : electricity ,water , this will be calculated extra .
The menu consist of 4 first courses ( at your choice ) 2 main courses ( fish or meat) and fruits , exclusive drinks .
Cleaning , washing and ironing service is offered at 3 Euros daily / person . The residence has a shuttle bus service for their guests to go to Malindi or Mombasa airport , to the beach or to Malindi town center .

The Kenyan city Malindi is situated on the east coast of Africa. This ancient city is a former fishermen's town, about 120 km north of Mombasa. It once was an important trade centre for the Portuguese and Arabs, nowadays Malindi is a picturesque melting pot of many different nationalities. You will especially experience this in the lively city centre where you'll find the local population shopping at the market place and in many small shops. If you want to feel the authentic African atmosphere, this is the place to be!
Along the coast of Malindi, 155 km of beautiful, white and sandy beaches await for you, palm trees waving in the sea breeze and the sun shining above. Beside all that there are also plenty of historical sights, terraces, restaurants, bars and discotheques to be visit.

Vasco da Gama landed here in 1498 on the then totally unchartered eastern coast of Africa. The Portugese used Malindi as a trading post and administration base until the 17th Century. In recent times the British and Italians have added their own influences ensuring a choice of many good seafood restaurants, night clubs and casinos. The past and present mix seamlessly in this ancient, vibrant, arabesque town.
Getting around is very easy in one of the many conventional taxis as well as tuk-tuks which are available for hire.
