The structure is made of steel frame and cement and the roof is supported to main steel beams. The lounge room, main bedroom and second bedroom all open onto the main balcony while the third bedroom is set apart and opens onto the "Lanai".

The studio apartment, underneath the villa and main residence, has an income if managed correctly, and has very large lounge/ kitchen area, two bedrooms, bathroom and WC.

The interior in both areas has recently undergone painting and other maintenance and there is parking for three vehicles, two exterior and one on the property.

Efate is the main island in Vanuatu and the capital, Port Vila, is a charming town with a magnificent natural harbour offering stunning views of Iririki and Ifira islands. It is Vanuatus´international gateway and remains the only town on the island.

Port Vila is fast becoming known as the gourmet capital of the South Pacific and is a safe and hassle free environment. Captain Cook was the first European to visit the island naming is Sandwich after his patron Lord Sandwich.

Port Vila is only two hours from Brisbane, three hours from Auckland, New Zealand and one hour from French New Caledonia, so if you feel in need of some retail therapy just hop on a plane for a short break.
