Proprety of  8 hectars (20 acres)  on the sunny side of the lake Rupanco, overlooking the lake and surrounded by green mountains covered by valdivian rainforest. 1500m from the lake shore (sandy beach and good flyfishing spot río Bonito, salmon and trouts) The property has creeks on tree sides. Pasture , some
old fruit trees and about one hectar of native trees.
There is a little cabin (24 sqm) builded in 1998.
The acces is on a gravel road and there is possibility for electric power.   
The lake Rupanco is situated in the heart of the chilean lake district, between the nationalparks Vicente Perez Rosales and Puyehue. There are beautiful trails into the wilderness to hotsprings in hidden valleys an to the volcanoes Puntiagudo and Casablanca.
