Also it’s located near the beach line (5min walk) in a quieter area of Portimão. It's near the famous Praia da Rocha (15mn walking distance) with all the bars and disco’s.


The 1 bedroom apartment has:
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined
- Living-room with sofas and table for 4, and TV
- Sleeping couch on living room that converts into 2 single beds
- 1 Balcony
- Kitchen equipped for 4 people, with oven, electric stove, microwave, toaster

Observations:

- Maximum occupation: 4 people
- Air conditioner is available in bedrooms and living-room
- We supply all the sheets and towels, which can be exchanged at client request
- There's no cleaning service during the stay
- We have private parking space
- There aren't washing machines (for dishes or clothing)
- If beds for babies are required, please say so at the reservation so we can check availability
- Tennis is available as an extra fee
- There's no reception, but we have someone always reachable 24h/day
- Unfortunately we do not accept pets
