The production hall of 1069 m2 together with the 725 m2 covered steel construction with concrete floor (without walls). is located in a suburban area of Tolnanémedi, 1 km away from the railway station and the village boundary, where Sió canal meets Kapos canal. Considering that this industrial plant is situated away from inhabited areas, it offers an ideal site for environment loading industrial activities such as cable production, rechargeable battery assembly, etc, which, of course, comply with all relevant environmental protection regulations being in force.
It is important to know that at the moment no local tax is imposed on ventures operating here (no trade tax). The local government assumes to provide for an exemption from local taxes for companies newly settled here and involved in industrial activities, for a period of 10 years.
The local government being very interested in creation of new jobs exhibits great flexibility when issuing an authorization for operation.
Public utilities available are as follows:
Water supply: from an own well with a capacity of 10 m3 per hour. Sewage treatment: at the moment is its provided by an extended dissolution basin and sand filter.
Electricity is supplied from an own transformer station with a capacity of 250 kVA.
Telecommunications: through a phone cable owned by MATÁV, which has been prepared mainly for ISDN lines.
VODAFONE, a mobile phone service provider in Hungary has built a relay and transmission station at the plant, which ensures an extremely stable reception.
