| DESCRIPTION |
Each of the 16 bedrooms in individually decorated to the highest standard with a modern, clean feel. The furnishings are all top quality and many of them imported. The rooms are all en suite some of them with hydro showers or Jacuzzis. The rooms are in three categories – standard double in the eaves of the hotel (3 of these), deluxe rooms and junior suites (with balconies).
There are two restaurants, the ‘Venta’ which is decorated with historical artefacts from the area and can seat around 60 people and the ‘Gourmeria’ which is decorated in a soft Mediterranean style and is perfect for special occasions and celebrations – this restaurant can seat around 50 people. There is also a breakfast room which could be used as an ‘overspill’ restaurant.
The main bar is tiled with traditional Andalucian tiles and wooden seating , it can also seat another 25 diners, it has a large working fireplace. The second bar is Moroccan style and is a cosy place for diners or guests to sit and enjoy a coffee or brandy. On the lower ground floor is a third bar with it’s own cellar and separate entrance. This also has satellite television installed and is quite large it has an outdoor garden/terrace area with space for several tables.
The reception area has a desk and comfortable seating and there is a small office off of this area.
There is a conference room that has a seating capacity of 32 and is equipped with multi media technology. The hotel also has wireless internet available for all rooms.
The health centre is small but has a sauna, mini gym and Jacuzzi. On the lower level there is also a ‘Bodega’ wine cellar.
The kitchens are large and well equipped and have state of the art equipment. There is also a prep room, walk in fridge and freezer.
The administrative areas include a large basement office, storage rooms/cellar and the hotel has it’s own generator so power cuts do not affect business.
