If you are looking for something to rent privately and on your own, why don't check my advert 13575 (on the same site a private detached house with 4 bedrooms in the city centre). A lot of business people and tourists stayed there and all were very happy with it,and it will save you a lot of money spent on a hotel room, there you will be getting a whole new refurbished house for 40USD a day.
