The house is located high in the village of Kournas.  It has splendid views of the sea and the mountains and overlooks the village.  It is devided in a big warehouse-like space with a big garagedoor on the ground floor and on the way up there is a room to put things away in and then you get to the entrance of the house on the first floor.

You enter in the spacious living room which has a big balcony with wonderful views of the sea and the village with the surrounding mountains.  There is an open space for a kitchen.  There is a showerroom and a second bathroom with a bathtub.  There are three spacious bedrooms and an extra terrace and a spacious balcony.
The house is located in the village of Kournas, the Lake of Kournas is 3.8 km further and Georgioupoli is about 6 km, the sandy beach of Kavros is about 5 km.
The house is recently built but not finished.  The conditions to rent it is to rent for a period of minimum 2 years.  Once the agreement is made, the owner needs 2 months to fit a new kitchen, finish the bathrooms and clean the house up.  The renter will be given an extra of 2 months of free rent.
