Both floors each comprise two bedrooms, one sitting room and a bathroom with the first also having the kitchen. Both the bathrooms and kitchen are fitted to the highest standards, the other rooms are laid to laminate parquet. An entryphone with camera connects to the outside door. The two levels are linked by a wooden-style staircase.
