There is a kitchen, three bedrooms, a living room and a basement. There is an additional building next to the house used as a summer kitchen. A big barn is located behind the house. Running water and electricity are available as well as a septic tank. The toilet is an external one.
The garden is comprised of 1200 sq. m. planted with numerous fruit trees and trellis vines. The road that takes you to the nice village and to this house is asphalted and it is approachable even in wintertime.
