DESCRIPTION
The four-star hotel is located in one of the two top winter skiing and summer hiking resorts in Bulgaria , called Pamporovo (the other one is called Bansko). The hotel has a total of  78 rooms, of which 14 suits (4 being VIP)  and 60 double-rooms.  There are two restaurants seating jointly about 150 people, a lobby bar and a night bar for 48 people, and a  
bowling room with a bar. A conference room can seat up to 80 people.  There are also halls  
for internet and snooker.

The hotel complex boasts one of the most advanced spa centers in the ski-resort with a wide range of therapies and modern equipment (hydrojet water-bed, infrared treatment cabin,  massage rooms and so on, as well as a covered swimming pool, a gym with Technogym equipment and a jacuzzi.  The total built area of  the hotel complex is 8,250 sq.m., built over an area of 2525 sqm with adjacent land of 5,000 sqm.

The hotel was completely renovated in 2004/05 and the spa and bowling areas expanded in 2005/06. In its current condition the hotel has been in operation only two seasons (counting the current one). It has been awarded the highest level of energy efficiency certification and as such has been exempted from property taxes for the next ten years.

The hotel operates all year round and has achieved close to 100 occupancy during the high season December through April, and around 40 occupancy during the low season May through September. It works with a number of well-established tour operators from Germany,  
Ireland, the UK and Russia, with most of the guests coming from the UK and Ireland.  The hotel has contracts for full occupancy during the high season of 2007/08.
