The villa is located in a residential area in Boissano a small town with all necessary shopping facilities and a couple of nice restaurants , only a short drive ( 5 min.) away from Loano and its fine , sandy beaches . The villa offers 350 m² of living-space on 2 floors and is surrounded by 4000 m² of garden with big palm trees and fantastic views . There is a pavilion in the garden , which can be used as an additional guest room or pool house ( 30 m² ) . There is no pool yet but enough space to build one .
It is also possible to add more living space to the main villa , if wanted .
