Magnificent area with 400 hectares, 1400 meters (4,600 feet) beach front, 1000 meters (3,300 feet) facing the lake, with 80 Hectares of water area, apt for aquatic activities and approximately 40,000 feet of coconut trees.
 
The lcation is the best: Itariri River mouth, 120 km away from Salvador, Bahia, through the new ecologic highway in a preserved area of the Atlântica forest, near the region of the Tamar plan, a known project of turtle preservation

The “Green Lane”  (coastal highway), where the area is located, was constructed 5 years ago using the new concepts of ecological highway, connecting Bahia to the state of Sergipe, in 200 km of coastal area, not yet touched by by mankind.
