Payment Plan

To reserve a property you will need to leave a refundable holding deposit of €3,000.
This then gives you 14 days in which to travel to Morocco to view the site or decide to purchase site-unseen.

20 is then due on contract.

Another 20 is due at the start of construction

60 balance is due on completion. Mortgages are available.

You should also allow for 5 at completion to cover notary costs etc
