The rustic stone house is located close to Albenga and Alassio . The golf course of Garlenda is only 5 km away . The location is very beautiful , in midst of olive groves and pine trees with a wide sea view and vie on Albenga .
The house has a part which is livable on a camping level but needs renovation to become a comfortable home . There is an annexed building which used to be the barn and there are several cellars on the ground-floor - all can be converted into additional living-space , actually this property has 400 m² of total living-space and therefor could also be converted in a nice bed and breakfast .
The house is about 400 years old and stands in a little hamlet of about 50 other houses . Currently there are roughly 100 residents living in this little village . There is 1 shop , a restaurant and a bar as well as a nice church but in 5 minutes one can drive to either Garlenda or Villanova , in both villages you will find supermarkets and a large variety of shops and restaurants .
Albenga and the beach is only 8 km away . The house is only 150 m above sea level , which means temperatures will be mild even in winter and there is never snow .
The property faces South East and stands in the sun all day and all year around .
