There is a garage inside of the house , which is almost a pity t o use for a car - it can easily be converted into an additional room . The total living-space of this 400 year old house is 250 mē ( about 2600 sq ft ) .The whole house is in excellent conditions and ready to move in . On the roof floor is the 2nd living-room with half round , big panorama windows and a window leading to the large terraces . The house stands on the outskirts of the village , yet in a short walking distance to shops , post - office and restaurants .
The village has 500 inhabitants and has been on TV and in book many times , because of its extraordinary beauty and historical value . If you are looking for a unique place in a special location , you will like this one ! This could also be a fantastic bed and breakfast! (Ru240) |
