Casa O is a 19th-century stone building with three floors (100 square metres approximately) The house is made up of: 1 large kitchen with fireplace, 1 living room (with a sofa bed), 2 bedrooms (1 queen-bed room and 1 twin-bed room), 1 bathroom (shower), and 1 laundry (pantry) room. The front door takes you into the hall, where there are the kitchen (on the left side), the living room (on the right) and the stairs, which leads to the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. The house is nestled on a hill, with three floors on one side and two on the other; therefore at the ground floor there is another room (with independent entrance) which is used for a laundry. From the patio,you can go to the private garden (approximately 100 square metres), where there are a table, chairs, sun-umbrella, and BBQ. The house is fully furnished with all new or antique pieces (Tuscan pieces from the 18th and 19th centuries). We have provided a television (satellite), DVD, radio and CD player. Unfortunately, we have not yet installed a telephone (there is a public phone in town if you don't have a mobile), but telephone, computer, and internet access are available at our office (not more than 50 metres away).
