Suter Palace is a prestigious property with a possible destination of luxury hotel, clinic, office or embassy residence, business or private residence. The palace was built in 1906 by the architect Suter a close friend of King Carol the First. The extensive building project, renovation, modernization and restoration took place between 2003 and 2007 with the participation of renowned architects and designers from Romania, Italy, Austria and Germany. The work supplies are mostely realised by specialized companies (in art, restoration, design, finishes, equipment-furniture) with workers and artisans from Italy, Austria, Czech Republic and Poland. This work of art was awarded by the National Union of Architects as being the best project of restoration and interior design in 2007. After the carried out work supply over a period of almost 4 years, the building was completely restored both in terms of structural and functional resistance, especially from the architectural point of view in a rate of 70-80 back to what was sometimes Palace Suter - Original. For this project were completed original materials of the time by the same companies from Italy, Austria, Denmark, England and Germany that have provided some of the materials (wood decorations, silk wallpaper, crystal chandeliers, natural stone Turda etc.) as for the initial costruction of the building between 1902-1906. Situated on the highest natural point in Bucharest, the building benefits of a panoramic view of the entire city being also a very central location and very discreet one.
