The apartment is at the 4th floor, it has no elevator, on two levels with an internal staircase. Downstairs there is a large common room with a table and a sofa. Two single beds are also available. On the same floor, there is the kitchen, a bathroom with bath-tub, two sleeping rooms, one with a double and the other with a single bed. On the upper floor, which can be reached via the internal staircase, there is an attic with skylights including a large room with a fireplace, with two sofas which can be used respectively as a double and single bed, a bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom, on the second floor alsso a kitchenette, so that the two appartaments are complitely indipendent.
