300 meters of ocean frontage for development, or private estate. Backs onto a tidal river/estero. Safe swimming. Good surfing at the mouths of 2 of the rivers.

Island has 2 Kilometer of sandy beach. Many fruit and shade trees on property. Sweet well water. Alternative electricity required: Use a wind generator to catch the steady, refreshing sea breeze! Solar panels are also locally available. Island is backed by a National forest, with monkeys, parrots, pelicans etc.  

The 1 1/2 KM long island is neighbored by 3 freshwater rivers, for incredible boating, fishing and birdwatching opportunities! (The rivers are: Duablo, Escarria and Chiriqui Viejo... ergo the name "Tres Rios"!) Direct boat access to Pacific ocean is 1km away. GREAT FISHING!
From David, our island property is 50minutes by car, then 10 min by water taxi down a quiet river to the barrier island. It is is only separated from the mainland by a 200 ft wide river.

Tres Rios Island is in the S/W corner of Panama, about an hour to Costa Rica by car!
