The house consists of two completely isolated and separate quarters with separate gardens which only share the same main entrance into the garden vicinity (that being that the actual entrance to the houses are on opposing sides & isolated).

The house for rent consists of 3 bedrooms + kitchen & dining room, can be rented both semi-furnished or unfurnished.

Asking price 700/month unfurnished, 900/month furnished (both prices are negotiable depending on number of people),
if you have been in Baku, or, will find out after your arrival, this is a very reasonable price, as foreigners are almost always overcharged!
