The palace is in the hightest point of the old town of Ostuni and is 5 metres far from the chatedral of Ostuni.
It has view on Spennati square (it takes one side of it) on the side of the entrance door; the opposite side has view on the "Plain of Ulivi", it' s so hight that you' ll be able to see the panorama from the city of Monopoli to the city of Brindisi, about 65 KM !
The palace has: 5 rooms on the ground floor, 11 rooms with 3 bath rooms on the first floor, panoramic terrace with the same square metres of the 1st floor.
On the terrace there is too a 30 s.m. room.
