The crowd was cheering as the directors of Sunset Beach received the detailed building permit at the day-long community gathering. The locals and press were warmly welcoming and excited about the growth and financial benefits the development will bring to the area. There were cheers and clapping as Mohammad Ahajjam, the president of the community of Amsa signed, shook hands, and delivered the detailed building permit to Sunset Beach owners in the neighboring town of Amsa.
The governors of Tetouan and Tangier have, from the beginning, encouraged the project and assisted to move it forward in obtaining the detailed building permit.
Sunset Beach has been celebrating various breakthroughs and growth in sales. In Phase One, sales have been spectacular; there are less than 40 units left. This is an amazing feat, spurned in great part by the premiering on various programs on national television in the UK, including the itīs appearance in July on Channel 5.
The handing over of the detailed building permit has put Sunset Beach on track, and puts it in an exciting position which saw the project breaking ground August 15th, 2006.
