Our company is specialized on investments in real estates and properties in Uruguay.
 We sell beautiful little house made of stone with garden at the edge of mountain Brkini (Slovenia – Europe) in colorful village named Prem, which has a castle and church. The village has 60 houses. From the house and garden you have a beautiful view to mountain Sneznik, forested mountain Javornik and valley from Ilirska Bistrica to Reka and you can watch sunrise and sunset as well. It has nice, quiet, low-traffic environment with flourishing verdure, rich flora and fauna and very clean air, villagers are very nice and mostly older.
Snow falls only few days per year. The market is 2 km away in the valley and gas station is 15 min of driving toward cities of Ilirska Bistrica or Pivka.
