At the basement there is a large 40 sq m room/cellar with thick stone walls. Access to the upper floor is via external staircase leading to an entrance hall, a pantry and 3 rooms in good condition. To the main building is adjacent a summer kitchen, storage rooms and a shed. The house has an outside WC. There are water mains, electricity and telephone in the house. The property comes with a 1000 sq m of fertile land with few fruit trees, plenty of flowers and outside water tap. The yard is partially fenced with stone wall and few outbuildings (a barn, hen house, shed, etc.). A river cuts through the village where one can find few shops, pub and post office. This is a very peaceful area with excellent air, nice countryside and serenity of live that already attracted few British families. The house is habitable in good condition for its age and with only small renovation/decoration can be made an excellent holiday home.
