Located from: Located in secure neighborhood near Sabana Metropolitan Park, many restaurants including vegeterian, mexican, local soda, MacDonalds and bars. Close to food mart and outdoor markets. Situated at 5 minutes to bus terminal serving Costa Rica and the rest of Central America.

Full Description: The B&B has 5 large rooms each with private bathroom, hot water from an electric 50 gallon boiler, all rooms have telephone and cable tv extensions .
All doors  are solid wood throughout the construction, windows are fine hand made wood frames, the building is of brick which makes it sound, temp and quake proof.
Kitchen with American style furniture, sink with hot water and a 220 volts connection for stove.
1 car Garage seldomely used by guest as most cars are parked on the street which has no trough traffic for being a dead end and gated at night with two security guards.
2 breakfast areas, 2 social areas, one indoor or living room and one roofed outdoor with patio, roofed BBQ, 1.5 X 1 X .50 meter pool to feed a 6 x 4 meter wet volcanic stone wall.
Computer area with Internet access.
Occupancy from December through May is around 95 of which 50 Americans and the rest Europeans and Canadians.
From June through November occupancy drops to 65, an increase is possible by organizing weekly tour packages and posting them on Internet.
The usual guests reserve their first day or two and use the premises as home base for the remaining of their journey since we are located at the center of Costa Rica. Tourists visiting Costa Rica for one month stay an average of  7 days at the B&B.
Older guests and solo travelers usually stay one to two week taking only organized tours which we sell and of which we receive  commissions that doubles the income of the B&B.
Commissioner for tours and operators pick up guests at the door.
Organized transport to and from airport.
