The pousada, with 3372m2 of land and 2110m2 of construction, offers the rooms with color TV, air conditioner, mini-fridge, safe, solar heater, pleasant restaurant for 100 people, beautiful pool with cascade, sauna, laundry, eletric energy private cabin, and parking lot.

The pousada has 40 spacious suites filled with privacy and comfort plus lodging for up 15 employees.

There is a plan of expansion approved for conference/meeting room, lounge and game room.

The region where the hotel is located started to be known  with the arrival of the surfers seeking a new region to surf when the Rio-Santos highway did not yet exist. Later on, due to the beauty of its beaches and mountains, crystal clear water, stunning views and sports, and the inauguration of the Rio-Santos highway, the region, naturally, turned into a must-visit area for nature lovers.

The location is perfect. There is easy access from São Paulo through the new and modern Imigrantes highway and the Rio-Santos, or through the complex Ayrton Senna Highway and Mogi-Bertioga. Also, from Rio de Janeiro, access is easy through the Rio-Santos highway. The region has settled as a tourism development area with an excellent structure of services and entertainment.
