The progect has already been aproved . In addition to the main house , which has 800 m² of living space  there is a surrounding plot of 2.5 hectares  ( 25.000 m² or 6.25 acres ) The location is in the beautiful south of apulia  4 km from the fine sandy beaches of the beautiful city Gallipoli .

From the inside the massive old  estate has beautiful vaulted ceilings . The general consitions of the structure are very solid and good .

The Gallipoli area is very well visited by tourist from all over the world . The landscape is beautiful and  the beaches and villages are particularly pretty . Living- costs are by far not so high as in the northen parts of Italy .(ref.Immoap121)
