The complex is located 1 km south of the town of Nessebar and 2,5 km from the Sunny Beach Resort, at approximately 80 m away from the seacoast. The Burgas International Airport is 18 km away, and the city of Burgas - 30 km away. Within 300 m of the complex there are seven hotel restaurants and food shops working throughout the year. At 100 m there is a stop of inner-resort public transport - town of Nesear-village of Ravda. The coastline in front of the complex is a guarded free beach with fine sand, about 2 km long, with restaurants, VIP sections with umbrellas and lounges, water-motor sport facilities, yacht pier. 500 m north of the complex is the newest and largest on the Balkans Acquapark.
The complex consists of two individual buildings - A and B, parking lot, pool, children's playground, barbecue, and green areas. The buildings face south - the sea, and, with the chosen distances, provide the best sunshine in the premises from September to June, and shade in the south premises in the summer.
