At a holiday village park with lots of green you can buy this fully furnished villa just next to the collective swimmingpool which is opened from may until october. Also near the swimmingpool you find a bbq-place and a bar.

The yearly costs for surveillance and maintenance of the garden and the swimmingpool are 600 Euro. There is also a receptionoffice. Many nationalities have found their place here.

The beach (the Mediterranean Sea) is at about 600 meters from the park and during the touristseason the shops situated close to the park are open and a minibus goes frequently to Alanya and to the center of Konakli, which is at about 3 km from this holidayvillagepark.
