separate sitting room (3rd bedroom), well equipped kitchen/dining room, large balconies and car park
• 'Spiti Haris' 1 bedroom apartment for 2-4 people, patio, parking.
--'Spiti Socrates' and 'Spiti Hari' form a complete 3 floor villa for a group of 8 people
• 'Spiti Spiros' (sleeps up to 6 people- ideal for families): two bedroom apartment with 2 shower rooms,
separate sitting room (3rd bedroom), large balconies and secure car park

Built in 2004-2005 our villas and apartments are all fully air-conditioned, well equipped, comfortably
furnished with TV, CD or DVD player, internet access.

Located at the VIP's resort of Porto Rafti, that has not been deluged by too many tourists, about 1100 m from
the best sandy beaches with all local amenities within 10 min drive, near Athens airport (12 km) and only 38
km from Athens, with easy access for day trips to famous sites of interest such as Parthenon, temple of
Poseidon in cape Sounio, temple of Artemis in Vravrona, Marathon and many Greek islands.
