 In Corciano , ancient Umbrian medieval village between Perugia and Lake Trasimeno, I rent a small two-storey house, made of stone , which dips into a green hilly zone. The house, which has a small garden, is composed of two rooms, bathroom and toilet, and cooking corner. The house has its own central heating and is located in a position that is sunny and quiet, surrounded by trees.
It has marvellous views of natural landscapes of olive trees in the Umbrian hills , and there is a particularly beautiful view of the valley.
1 double bed ( 2 sleeps) beds, with possibility for 2 more ( a sofa bed in the dining/living room + an added single bed in the bedroom). 300 – 560 Euro / week Weekly rate 300 – 560 Euro. The house is rented on a weekly basis starting from Saturday and rates include all utilities and linen, with the exception of gas for central heating. The gas is paid on the basis of effective consumption.
Upon reservation we will take a 30 deposit which is refundable for cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival. 30 days prior to arrival we will take the full prepayment which is not refundable.
