For sale a big palace with a huge park in Poland. It is located in southwestern part of the country (40 km from Wroclaw - one of largest cities of Poland - and 160 km from border with Germany).

The palace is baroque, from 1693, six-storey . It is declared national monument. Its architecture is unique in this part of Europe.
Basement  240 cm high, ground floor  - 444 cm , 1st floor  - 400 cm , 2nd floor  - 400 cm , 3rd floor  - 352 cm ,  attic - 572 cm . Usable area of 2216 m2 and a volume of 14,000 m³.

English-style park, of about 13 ha. There are two beautiful ponds and breathtaking specimen of trees (oak, linden, disticha taxodia and other) considered natural monuments

The palace currently is not in use and it needs major refurbishment, but its structure is strong and secure. Regular maintenance work have been done in order to prevent further deterioration of the building . There is a possibility of getting grant from UE or polish government for the overhaul (at least 50 of the funds needed).

The location of the palace near one of largest cities in Poland makes of it a perfect place for a luxury hotel, spa resort, wedding place or high standard geriatric center. The huge park together with the ponds and smaller buildings are perfect space for breeding horses, fish etc. The resort, once restored, would surely attract tourists.
