This building design provides very high performance features. For plastering and painting, the cap is being decorated with the ceramic clinker bricks. Balconies, entrances and open place to the terrace are made of light wooden construction. The roof is coated with metal tiles. Exterior doors and windows of plastic are corresponding to the climate and the strength of the cottage requirements. The distance from the „Klaipeda“ hotel is just 7.6 km away. i.e. 11 minutes drive with car. Road - asphalt everywhere.
