The house (140m2) has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is spacious with an ensuite. The kitchen is open plan with a gas hob and an electric oven. The house has been relocated 3 years ago, so the foundations are new, as are the large decks, at the back and at the front of the house. The house and the roof have been re-painted this summer. The rural community is friendly. There is an excellent primary school, just 2 min up the road, a college in Te Puke, 10 min away, and even a Steiner school, 20 min from us. Papamoa and Mt Maunganui beaches are 15 and 30 min away.
