The land in which it is located has 1000 m2 (all documents certified by authorities). It is near to river Madalena and a couple of beutiful waterfalls. The garden was ladscaped with local flora (orchids, bromealias). There is also a small laundry area.
The owner is the architect in charge of the paln and has also other 10 projects undertaken in the same Vila.
Igatu had, during the diamond days, 5000 inhabitants. Nowadays, there are 400 , native mostly, but also people from abroad who discovered this paradise and built/remodeled their houses there.
