   We rent the beachfront lot,
   we sell sandwiches, french fries, ice cream, smoothies and soft drinks.
   we don’t want to sell alcohol but it’s possible to rent a liquor license .
   now we open only from 9 am to 5 pm but it’s possible to open after and maybe it will be interesting because at the front road side it's a discothèque.

   Why we want to sell it :
   To tell you everything, we have done this project for a client (who left us on the way) because our business is creative and not in restaurants.
   As we already begin work on the bus we decide to go open the business and then sell it (this is not our job)
   the only thing we know is that in all countries the world when there is only a snack bar on the beach most populous country,
   It has to make lots of money!
   We put a lot of money and a lot of energy to be able to open that location.
   if you buy this business, you also buy the possibility of moving (which is not the case if you buy a stock in trade)
