Complex is on the Black Sea coast at about 25km from the city of Constanta.It’s situated 400 m from the beach, at 50m from the lake Techirghiol and spa treatment center Techirghiol. It has 305 rooms ,that is 610 places of accommodation which are equipped with swimming pool for adults, children and a jacuzzi totaling a surface of 600mp, restaurant seats approximately 1000 placed on an area of 2000m, p 3 modern conference halls, places of recreation and spending leisure time for adults and children.
