One of the verandas has a canopy that can open or close and thus reduce the afternoon sun. Including the two verandas, the total useable area of the apartment is approximately 125 - 135 sq. meters.

There is a sea view from the master bedroom, the bathroom, the kitchen, the living room and one of the verandas. Timming the trees a little would improve greatly the sea view. Vouliagmeni is very close to the new Athens International Airport at Spata, and about 4 km away from the Center of Glyfada, a thriving community with the most beautiful shops, boutiques, and shopping centers.
