This small private tropical island is every one's dream. It is at present pristine and undeveloped. It has all the required approvals ready to build a small resort. It is ideally suited for a small eco-tourism development of about 8 bungalows together with all related infrastructure such as mangers cottage, restaurant etc. The large trees on the island provide a nesting site for thousands of sea birds. The island is surrounded by a coral barrier reef with some of the best diving and snorkeling that can be found any where in the world. Whales frolick just beyond the Reef, and Tonga is one of the only countries in the world to allow swimming with the whales. The Beach is absolutely spectacular, there is simply no other word to describe it. The waters are warm throughout the year. Although tropical, there is always a cooling breeze and it does not get as hot and humid as other tropical locations.
