The complex is located on the Black Sea shore and has de134 accommodation (rooms) totalizing a capacity of 274 seats:

                - Half the rooms have balconies with deck chairs and partially with air conditioning;
                - The other half of the rooms (without balconies) are fully equipped with air conditioning;

Hotel, P 4 floors without elevator was built in 1960, bearing brick masonry, reinforced concrete continuous foundations, the plan monolithic poured concrete roofs and terraces uncirculated. Aluminum exterior carpentry, less rooms with balcony. Built from the ground surface, only the hotel and held 4754 sqm 1064 sqm. Installation and toilet facilities are restored.
