Among the Hills of Bakony, at the end of a little and quite village called Németbánya lies this lovely land.  It is a little more than one hour drive from the Austrian/Hungarian border and almost two hours from Budapest.
There is a well on the land with clear water in it. It is very usful but more importantly, it is one of the treasure of the land. The other significant feature is the clear and fresh air. This part of the country is usually called the "The Lung of Hungary".
The property is unbuilt but can be built just as you want, since there is no restriction by local authority which is quite unique in the country.
Electricity, water pipes are on the street around the land.
There are some neighbouring house with quiet and nice people.
I recommend this land for those who can appreciate Nature.
