I currently have available two plots of land on the Coconut Estate.  Savusavu is a haven for those that long to get away and live a more relaxed and tropical lifestyle.  Both plots come with amazing views with plot 17 benefiting from seaviews and plot 48 with it hilltop views both are set in prime locations.  The plots are 1 acres sites purchase in 2006.  

With the government initiating the township to be a “tax-free” haven, there is a noticable increase of awareness of this “jewel of Fiji” particularly in the establishment of new businesses.  The airport has also undergone major renovations, so life in Savusavu is on the up.  With these developments in place the plots would offer a great return to the investor looking to develop their portfolio in Fiji during the up turn in development to Fiji's infrastructure.
