VILLA HERMES is a complex of six indipendent holiday houses in Eolian style:
Artemide, Afrodite, Criseide, Demetra, Giunone and Penelope located in the midst of a green garden of brooms, olivetrees, citrusfruits and typicals plants of the maquis.
VILLA HERMES is placed on a green and nice promontory, about 4Km from the main village and 1,5Km from Valle Muria beach;
from the terraces with loggia and from the garden you have a wonderful sight: the sea, Lipari town, its acropolis, the Stromboli Island, the little Islands of Panarea
etc.
Each house consists of a double bed room, living room with a sofa bed (1,40m large) and the kitchen (microwaves, 4 gas rings and fridge with freezer), bathroom with
shower and WC, access room/entrance and two terraces with loggia and a private parking space free of charge.
The ROOMS, which are accurately furnished and equipped with television and all that is needed to create a homely atmosphere, make Villa Hermes to an ideal place where to have a vacation. The "night" zone is provided
with air-conditioning.
The mediterranean weather offers the ideal conditions for a short or a long vacation period, also throughout the winter and at a convenient price, and especially for self-providing elder people.
From VILLA HERMES it is easy to reach the southern part of the Island full of natural beauties which are both geologically and volcanologically important; therefore it's perfect for walks and for trekking. |
