Non-competitive shops only, meaning, we are anchored by a restaurant, bar, beach club and SCUBA shop.  The SCUBA shop and patio are available via a percentage agreement.  You run the shop, provide the boats and equipment, and we'll provide some advertising, contracts via the cruise ships and our condo hotel program and we'll retain a percentage of the net.
