Electricity is provided with a ‘Smart Meter’ from Brac Power & Light on their pre-payment plan that allows close monitoring of usage.  A large commercial propane gas tank is housed under the screened porch and provides fuel for the range, tumble dryer and the on-demand water heating system. The tank capacity is approximately 12 months supply for a family of two/three persons with average cost of 250 per year.
