The factory is new. It is situated in a village at about 30 km. from the town of  Stryi and it is served by main roads.
The total surface is of 1.100 sq. metres on one floor including a small flat with living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms.
The factory is serviced by water, gas, telephone and current (with total power of 250 Kilowatt; the transformer is our own property); all is perfectly working.
The factory has got all the systems: electrical, heating, ventilation, compressed air, smoke detector and fire system.
