Along with all of the natural beauty this property has a very unique quality; it shares its borders with one of the largest mineral mines in Argentina (Minera Alumbrera). From the satellite images provided you can see that the mine is less than 1 kilometer from the southeastern corner. Although no testing has taken place to see the exact amount of minerals, it is probable that it has large deposits. There exists a strong possibility that with the proper testing the property could be worth ten times (or more) of the asking price plus discovery royalties.
If that weren’t enough there are between 10,000-12,500 acres that could be used for agricultural purposes. Comino, Anis, Pepper, Chile Pepper are all possibilities, but what the region really is known for is its special climate perfect for vineyards and Olive orchards. There are even a large number of wild Alpacas and Llamas on the property, animals that could be used for their high quality wool.
